High-Standard 3A & 6A Packaging: All our export cartons utilize heavy-duty 3A and 6A grade corrugated packaging. Furthermore, our packaging designs are engineered to pass ISTA 3A and ISTA 6A (Amazon standard) drop and vibration tests. This high level of shock absorption significantly reduces the damage rate during long-distance transit and last-mile delivery, making it ideal for e-commerce brands and global retailers.
For Wooden Tableware & Plates : Wooden plates are prone to scratches and edge denting. We wrap each wooden tableware piece individually with eco-friendly cushioning materials (such as honeycomb paper or EPE foam) to prevent surface friction. They are then securely packed into reinforced inner boxes before being placed into our robust 3A/6A master cartons.
For Natural Woven Products : Moisture control is the top priority for natural fiber products like water hyacinth or seagrass baskets. Our woven products are packed with dedicated silica gel desiccants and sealed in moisture-proof polybags to prevent mold during maritime shipping. They are then nested efficiently within the heavy-duty master cartons to optimize container space (CBM) without crushing the products.
Custom Retail Packaging (OEM/ODM): We offer fully customizable packaging solutions, including color boxes, brand logo printing, hangtags, and barcode labeling, ensuring your products can be shipped directly to fulfillment centers (like Amazon FBA) or retail shelves.
- Outer packaging materials: We choose sturdy and durable cardboard boxes of appropriate thickness as the outer packaging materials to ensure that the packaging can withstand the pressure and impact during transportation, protecting the integrity of the furniture.
- Inner protection: Proper corrugated paperboard is added inside the cardboard box as inner protection material, filling any gaps inside to reduce vibrations and collisions during transportation, thereby minimizing the risk of damage.
- Component separation: Our furniture is designed with detachable components. They are first packaged separately, and then each furniture frame is tightly secured using specialized elastic PE film. This effectively isolates the furniture from air, dust, and moisture, keeping it dry and clean while reducing the possibility of damage and collisions. Each component should have independent packaging and labeling, allowing the furniture's appearance and condition to be visible for easy identification and use during assembly.
